Lead counsel on the negotiation, entitlements review, due diligence and project evaluation, and acquisition of an ongoing 5,000-acre, master planned, multi-use community north of Charleston in the South Carolina Low Country, entitled for over 12,000 residential units and 5 million sq.ft. of commercial uses.
THE MULTIFAMILY ZONING AND LAND USE PROJECT (WITH YOGA GOATS)
Conditional District rezoning of an abandoned movie theater tract to bring much-needed multifamily housing to the Oleander corridor. The new project will even preserve open space the neighboring shopping center uses for yoga classes (including goat yoga).
